Advanced testing capabilities include hollow cylinder, simple shear, and poly-axial systems with optional upgrades for testing unsaturated soils. Dynamic tests include liquefaction, modulus, damping, resilient modulus, and ultrasonic velocity measurements. Other laboratory tests are also possible through the use of a general purpose multiple function generator and data acquisition that allows the user to design his/her own test procedures.
