中國(guó)心臟大會(huì), CHC  ,China Heart Congress 
由中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)和國(guó)家心血管病中心共同主辦的2012中國(guó)心臟大會(huì)-國(guó)際心血管麻醉會(huì)議暨第八屆國(guó)際華人心血管麻醉論壇，于2012年8月9-12日在北京國(guó)家會(huì)議中心舉行。中國(guó)心臟大會(huì)的前身為北京國(guó)際心血管病論壇，因國(guó)家心血管病中心的成立而于2010年改為中國(guó)心臟大會(huì)。衛(wèi)生部部長(zhǎng)陳竺在2010年中國(guó)心臟大會(huì)上向國(guó)內(nèi)外正式宣布國(guó)家心血管病中心的成立。衛(wèi)生部賦予國(guó)家心血管病中心的任務(wù)是：1、制定全國(guó)心血管病防治規(guī)劃，開展有關(guān)心血管病政策研究，編制防治指南、規(guī)范、有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。建立涵蓋相關(guān)專業(yè)、國(guó)內(nèi)外專家的高水平的學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)。2、建立國(guó)家重要心血管病及其環(huán)境和行為危險(xiǎn)因素的人群監(jiān)測(cè)和隨訪信息系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)行年度情況分析，發(fā)布防治報(bào)告，預(yù)測(cè)未來的發(fā)病、死亡、疾病負(fù)擔(dān)、危險(xiǎn)因素流行和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。3、構(gòu)建心血管病的防治網(wǎng)絡(luò)，示范推廣適宜有效的防治技術(shù)和措施，探索健康管理服務(wù)模式。4、開展心血管病的基礎(chǔ)、臨床、預(yù)防和管理的培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)，推動(dòng)國(guó)際交流，開展學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)。

此次國(guó)際心血管麻醉會(huì)議暨第八屆國(guó)際華人心血管麻醉論壇的宗旨是：落實(shí)國(guó)家心血管病中心的任務(wù)，開展國(guó)內(nèi)外的學(xué)術(shù)交流，努力提高我國(guó)的心血管麻醉、體外循環(huán)和圍術(shù)期管理水平。國(guó)際心血管麻醉會(huì)議暨第八屆國(guó)際華人心血管麻醉論壇與中國(guó)心臟大會(huì)同時(shí)舉行，是中國(guó)心臟大會(huì)重要的組成部分。與會(huì)者將共同分享來自海內(nèi)外頂級(jí)心血管病麻醉與圍術(shù)期管理專家們精湛的學(xué)術(shù)講座，同時(shí)還可以針對(duì)專業(yè)和學(xué)術(shù)需要，領(lǐng)略心臟內(nèi)外科、基礎(chǔ)與臨床等多方面學(xué)術(shù)內(nèi)容，飽嘗近年來心血管學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的最新成就。本次大會(huì)報(bào)告的形式有：知識(shí)更新、論文報(bào)告、壁報(bào)交流和病例討論。本次會(huì)議為中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)I類學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議，記Ｉ類學(xué)分10分。

It gives me great pleasure to invite you to the China Heart Congress 2012 (CHC2012), organized by the Chinese Medical Association (CMA) and the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases, China (NCCDC), to be held from 9th to 12th August 2012 at China National Convention Center, Beijing, China.
The CMA is the largest non-governmental organization in medical field in Chinawith a mission to promote the development of medical science and practice. The NCCDC is the leading national institution on the research, prevention and care of cardiovascular diseases in China. By organizing China Heart Congress, the two organizations aim to create a national platform for exchanges on the latest developments in the basic and clinical research of cardiovascular diseases, and enhance the prevention and care of cardiovascular diseases in China. The theme of the congress is “Healthy Heart·Better Life—Prevention, Translation and Cooperation”. The scientific program will cover a wide array of topics ranging from epidemiology and prevention to state-of-the-art technologies and therapies, and will incorporate plenary and state-of-the-art special lectures, free communications, live demonstrations, training courses, etc. We expect to be joined by more than 7,000 participants from all around Chinaand abroad.
